This formula contains Bacopa monnieri, known as brahmi, has been traditionally used
for anxiety, mental upset and general cognitive support. Often given to children in
India to support cognitive function and mental development. Bacopa has recently been
shown to help prevent 'forgetfulness'.*

Spikenard, or Jatamansi, is the Himalayan equivalent of the calmative herb valerian,
but without its sedative effects. Spikenard helps the body relax and supports
circulation to the brain. Promotes a good night's rest!*

Suggested Use: For best results, take 1 capsule with a glass of water, thirty minutes
prior to sleep or when you need to clam your mind. Nisha does not act as a sedative.
